In India, women are not given that much privilege with working. But I think, they should be given equal opportunity. They have a life at home; they should also have a life in the workplace. And they should know how to balance it.
It is important for women in India to work because otherwise, they will continue to discriminate between the men and the women. They should make their own mark in this world.
I want to achieve something. I want people to recognize me. That gives me that motivation.
